  • ✓ The place is just so perfectly convenient for logistics. The entrance to the building is literally a two-minute walk from the side exit of Termini Station and also where the airport shuttle bus stops.
  • ✓ Rooms are mostly recently renovated. They look modern and clean inside, providing a pleasant contrast to what appears to be an often gritty exterior both of the building and street.
  • ✓ Mercato Centrale is just next door-one of the best food courts in the city. Try excellent Roman cuisine late at night.
  • ✓ Air conditioning! This part of Rome gets unbearably hot and stuffy during summer months.
  • ✓ Very decent Value for money for central Rome,especially since you save on taxi fares upon arrival and departure.
  • × The place is extremely loud. Old trams pass on Via Giolitti and they seem to be shaking the whole street while in fact only creating a loud noise together with constant humming from the station and traffic.
  • × The entrance to the building and elevator can be extremely old and narrow-sometimes still requiring a coin to operate; only one person with a suitcase can barely fit inside.
  • × There is no 24/7 reception desk which means compulsory coordination of your arrival time, or you may be left on the street with your luggage.
